Connected hospital systems

Manual measurements and disconnected operational processes create repeated work. The programme connects physical devices to hospital systems while aligning the design with clinicians, software teams and operations.

• Lead requirements, device architecture, electronics and firmware planning, testing and documentation.
• Recruit and coordinate the engineering and industrial design team, and work with clinicians and software colleagues.
• Manage vendors, industrial design coordination and integration with hospital workflows.

Work includes automated height measurement, a smart weighing chair, BLE patient movement tracking and medicine refrigerator temperature monitoring.

Arm-based vital-sign and IoT IV monitor prototypes sit alongside wrist vital-sign and ECG patch development. Deployment and prototype maturity are distinguished across the programme.
