The concept
A retrofittable unit to detect missing or misaligned covers and monitor water level, sewer gas and vibration, communicating through a gateway to monitoring portals.
My contribution
Explored the product and system concept as part of Sourcenode’s connected-product development work.
Safety concept
A deployable flashing warning arm was intended to alert passersby to a missing manhole.
Maturity
Concept and prototype-stage work focused on a retrofit sensing and warning system.
